I am hoping that you read this and respond to me please. I ordered from LHBoutique bacause I watch your reviews and thought this would be an excellent place to order units from. I ordered Miami in a color H4-Medium Brown/Honey Blond High Lights(no mention of platinum blond in description). I got today a platinum blonde unit with some types of brown highlights. I contaced them, and was told by Angie no exchange, she was very rude! I got what I ordered.

I have tried this method and it works! It is amazing. At first I cut the elastic band a little bit too short. The tutorial was correct in saying it could give you a headache! After I added an inch and a half to it, the fit is perfect. It is amazing. I don't need to use any glue at all! My ends are protected because I was starting to see some thinning from usage of the glue and that worried me. Thank you Ms. SongBird Diva! You are the best! Keep em coming!
